In addition you agree to submit to the personal jurisdictions of the state and federal courts of San Diego, California, United States of America for the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder or from the use of this site.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to use of this site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. CHROMALLOY SAN DIEGO’S failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this agreement shall not be constituted, as a waiver of any provision or right. If any provisions of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdictions to be valid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
